We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our abilities. However, in order to maintain the smooth operation of our bed and breakfast, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation 8 or more days prior to the booked date:
- Customers will receive a full refund, minus an admin fee.
- Cancellation 2 to 7 days prior to the booked date:
- Customers will receive a 50% refund, minus an admin fee.
- Cancellation within 2 days of the booked date:
- No refund will be provided.
Please note the following additional details regarding our cancellation policy:
- All cancellations must be made in writing (via email or through our official cancellation form) to ensure proper documentation.
- The cancellation date is considered the date on which we receive the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
- In the event of a “no-show” (failure to arrive without prior cancellation), no refund will be provided.
We strongly recommend that customers consider purchasing travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellations.
